- Daikon ยท 60 days ยท 1โ3 lbs/plant โ The long white Asian radish (Minowase, Korean) โ wants deep loose ground; also the fall tillage/cover-crop radish.
- Rat-tail ยท 50 days ยท 0.3โ0.6 lbs/plant โ Grown for the crisp seed PODS, not the root (var. caudatus) โ eaten raw or stir-fried; the radish use-move.
