Kohlrabi Types
- Early · 50 days · 0.3–0.6 lbs/plant — The quick sputnik — eat at tennis-ball size before it goes woody; purple and white are varieties.
- Giant · 80 days · 5–10 lbs/plant — Superschmelz, Kossak — stays tender at cannonball size; cellars all winter, and the old fodder crop.
