Kiwi Types
- Hardy · ~3 years · 30–75 lbs/plant — A. arguta — zone 4–8, grape-sized smooth fruit eaten whole; Issai is the rare self-fertile one.
- Fuzzy · ~4 years · 50–100 lbs/plant — A. deliciosa — the grocery kiwi: zone 7–9, needs a long warm season and a male vine.
- Arctic · ~3 years · 10–30 lbs/plant — A. kolomikta — zone 3, the hardiest of all; smaller crops, and the males have pink-splashed leaves.
