The wild-pattern Coturnix and the module's whole argument: first egg at EIGHT WEEKS, near-300 a year under light, butcher weight before a broiler chicken's halfway mark. FEATHER-SEXES AT THREE WEEKS — rusty solid breast is a male, speckled cream is a hen — which the white lines can't do. “Jumbo Brown” is this bird's Jumbo line, not a separate breed (pinned; the Pekin Standard/Jumbo ladder at a fiftieth the weight).
