Quail Β· breed reference
The Chinese blue-breasted quail (the parakeet-aisle βbuttonβ) β at under two ounces the smallest bird in the barn until the Diamond Dove arrived (1.4 oz β the crown moved one catalog over, pinned from both entries). An AVIARY-FLOOR pet that tidies spilled seed under finches; too small to eat and the eggs are garnish. Sixteen days in the shell, the shortest incubation in the barn. No permit β it's as foreign as the Coturnix.
