Buckwheat Uses
- Cover ยท 40 days ยท 30โ60 lbs of green manure/plant โ The classic 30-40 day smother crop โ shades weeds, feeds pollinators; terminate at flowering.
- Grain ยท 80 days ยท 15โ25 lbs/plant โ Grown on to set seed โ buckwheat groats and flour. Frost ends it, so sow with time to ripen.
