A Muscovy drake over a Pekin or Rouen duck — and because those are two different SPECIES, every Moulard is STERILE. The 'mule duck' of French cookery: the big lean breast sold as magret, and the bird behind commercial foie gras (a force-feeding practice restricted in some states and cities — the bird itself is not). A terminal cross, like the Cornish Cross: you raise it, you don't keep it.
