Slate-blue with a white bib, and BLUE NEVER BREEDS TRUE: blue x blue gives about half blue, a quarter black and a quarter splash — the same dilution genetics as the Andalusian chicken. Breed blue to splash for a full blue hatch. The APA breed name is simply SWEDISH; hatcheries all say Blue Swedish.
